triSaaS has been named a finalist at the British Business Awards and shortlisted for Technology Company of the Year. It’s a recognition that means a great deal to everyone at this company, and one we don’t take for granted for a single moment.
A benchmark for British business
The British Business Awards is one of the UK’s most respected business recognition programmes, drawing entries from across every sector and company size, including global household names, institutional heavyweights and high-growth scale-ups alike. This year, more than 400 companies entered.
Finalists are independently evaluated across five pillars: business performance, innovation, workforce and culture, customer impact, and contribution to society and the wider economy. The judging panel is chaired by former Unilever CEO Alan Jope CBE and Emma Crystal, CEO of Coutts Bank. That’s a high bar, and it’s applied consistently.
To reach the final shortlist once is an achievement. To do it twice in a row says something about the trajectory of this business.
Why we built triSaaS
Hospitality employs over 2.5 million people in the UK. It underpins communities across the entire country. And for too long, it has been let down by the technology meant to support it – fragmented systems, poor integrations, legacy tools built without operators in mind, and procurement processes that still run on spreadsheets and phone calls in far too many businesses.
triSaaS was built to change that.
Our growing portfolio of products is purpose-built for hospitality and service sectors:
- Rota King – workforce scheduling built around how operators actually work
- Purchase Warrior – modern, AI-assisted procurement and purchase-to-pay
- Logit – operations intelligence for multi-site visibility and compliance
Beyond software, we also operate Hygenisys (a health and safety consultancy) and Enhance (a procurement consultancy) – giving operators not just the tools to improve, but the expertise to make those improvements stick.
Together, this portfolio gives multi-site operators a single, connected environment for the functions that most directly affect their labour costs, margins and compliance. When businesses come on board, they typically consolidate several disconnected systems into one, gaining real-time visibility across their operations that simply wasn’t possible before.
A year that moved the needle
The past twelve months have been among the most significant in triSaaS’s history.
Purchase Warrior launched into a market that was badly overdue for modernisation, and the response validated everything we believed about that opportunity. From first go-live to widespread multi-site adoption in a matter of months. Competitive take-outs from established incumbents. And a deliberate decision to offer zero-cost migration, letting the product earn its place through delivery rather than contract pressure. That’s a statement of confidence and a commitment to making modern procurement accessible, even for smaller operators who might otherwise stay locked into legacy systems.
Rota King has continued to evolve in parallel. Over the past year, a significant expansion of its integration ecosystem – live connections with EPOS providers, applicant tracking systems, e-learning platforms, payroll, e-signature, biometric clocking and tronc management – has transformed it from a scheduling tool into a genuine operational backbone. The deeper we’re embedded in a customer’s daily workflows, the more value we deliver. That’s reflected in a 98% retention rate across the portfolio.
Logit has become the go-to for operators who need consistency and visibility across multiple sites. Customers credit it with achieving 5-star EHO ratings across their entire estate, pointing to the clarity and structure it brings to compliance, daily checks, and audit preparation.
Underpinning all of it is a genuine commitment to AI – not as a marketing term, but as a live capability. Purchase Warrior’s document scanning and invoice processing automates some of the most time-consuming manual tasks in hospitality procurement. Across the platform, AI-powered analysis helps our customer success team spot early risk indicators and intervene before problems escalate. These aren’t features on a roadmap. They’re in production and used every day.
Innovation means nothing without delivery
Building great technology is one thing. Delivering it reliably, at scale, across complex multi-site operations is another. triSaaS has invested heavily in making sure both happen together.
A 99%+ first-time go-live success rate across complex, multi-location implementations is the clearest evidence of that. Customers trust us not just because of what the product does, but because of how the team shows up – responsive, flexible and genuinely invested in making every implementation work.
That culture runs through the entire business. Cross-functional squads bring together product, engineering, support and customer success to iterate quickly against live feedback, keeping development grounded in real operational problems rather than assumptions. It’s a way of working that has served us well – and will continue to define how we build.
“Being nominated for Technology Company of the Year is a tremendous honour, but what it really reflects is the dedication of the people at triSaaS and the trust our customers place in us. We’ve worked hard to build technology that actually solves problems for one of the UK’s most important industries, and I believe it’s our focus on excellent customer service combined with cutting-edge technology that truly sets us apart.”
What comes next
The ambition here is significant.
Enterprise expansion, international growth and new verticals are all firmly in our sights. The core capabilities we’ve built translate directly into adjacent sectors – care, manufacturing, facilities management and the foundations are in place to move into those markets with confidence. Closer to home, major enterprise operators are at advanced stages in our pipeline, and we expect the next twelve months to validate our platform at the highest levels of scale and complexity.
Being named a finalist for Technology Company of the Year is a proud moment. It’s also a marker, not a destination.
The most exciting chapter of this company’s story is still ahead.
The British Business Awards ceremony takes place on 30th April at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. We’ll be there, and we’ll be going for the win.
